Aldo Stecanella....A positvely brillinat chef. A pioneer to the Wild Welsh Rural regions in the 90s. Not only combining natural fresh welsh produce, but actually mixing it with cultural Italian styles and fare. I used to travel with others many miles to this restaurant. In those days there were not that many Good Food Guide rated restaurants in Wales. Sadly now closed.
