In particular, for three years we had a wine course offered to the University nof Wales in Aberystwyth, as well as set of culinary demonstratios for BBC, S4C and Channel 4 Televisions network

Food wise, during a promotions on Welsh food, Aldo has created an Italian Sausage with Welsh Balck beef and Italian flavourings, organiacally produced and this went 1st prise and acclaimed both by Prince Charlesd and his late wife Princess of Wales HRH Diana
